Grant James from the company called me back promptly and came to a**** the job and give a price that was agreed upon. This was an empty partiality renovated apartment for rent in a brownstone with original wood work and floors that need dusting and floors buffed and waxed. Mr James came on time on the agreed upon day and time and did an exceptional job with the woodwork and floors. So good that the first person to look at the apartment loved the floors so much she signed a lease on the same day and will be moving into the apartment on January 1st. Mr James is an exceptional worker and would definitely recommend him and his company.
